CT Scans
CT Scans are non-invasive and are not painful for the pet. Patients are placed under general anesthesia so we can obtain high-resolution, cross-section images of specific structures such as nasal passages and sinuses, ears, lungs, chest, stomach, and some joints. This allows us to identify issues such as:

- Inner ear growths
- Shunts
- Masses
- Tumors

Fluoroscopy
Fluoroscopy
Fluoroscopy is a technique used to track fluid movement throughout the body (kind of like an x-ray movie) and can be useful in diagnosing things like megaesophagus, GERD or collapsing trachea

- A staff veterinarian oversees the entire process
- Our skilled surgical care team closely monitors patients
- After the scan, patients are recovered and discharged in the afternoon
- Finalized reports from a board-certified radiologist are delivered to you complete with recommendations for additional diagnostics or treatment
- If anything emergent is discovered on a scan, we will promptly reach out to you to determine the next steps
