Advanced Imaging Services in Prior Lake, MN

At Scott Lake Veterinary Center we are proud to offer advanced imaging diagnostics to assist you and your veterinarian in providing the best medical care for your pet. We offer a seamless referral process for veterinarians in the South Metro area and beyond!

Computerized Tomography (CT) and Fluoroscopy

CT Scans

CT Scans are non-invasive and are not painful for the pet. Patients are placed under general anesthesia so we can obtain high-resolution, cross-section images of specific structures such as nasal passages and sinuses, ears, lungs, chest, stomach, and some joints. This allows us to identify issues such as:

  • Nasal polyps
  • Inner ear growths
  • Shunts
  • Masses
  • Tumors
  • And more

Fluoroscopy

Fluoroscopy

Fluoroscopy is a technique used to track fluid movement throughout the body (kind of like an x-ray movie) and can be useful in diagnosing things like megaesophagus, GERD or collapsing trachea
